DESCRIPTION
Ecologically formulated TrakAde is the newest generation of dust suppression products. Through the use of environmentally friendly formula Green Agent Technology ™. TrakAde prevents ecological damages, and it demonstrates our long-term commitment to the environment. TrakAde's ability to adhere to dust particles and coat carbon provides the ultimate solution for dust suppression, and it contains ZERO hazardous materials.
WHILE PROTECTING OUR ENVIRONMENT
The repeated use of the most common dust control agents exposes the environment to potentially dangerous damages. These long-term costs increase awareness and later the concern for the footprint that chemicals products leave behind. TrakAde takes an environmentally conscious approach to controlling dust, and it only uses food-grade and water-based ingredients to protect waterways and living organisms.
HOW IT WORKS ON UNPAVED ROADS
TrakAde is fundamentally based on its wetting agent chemistry, and it incredibly decreases the surface tension of the water from 72 dynes/cm2 to 20 dynes/cm2, achieving more humid water. It happens by making the water molecules less attracted to one another thus covering a larger area of the surface.
After the treatment, a drop of water will settle broader and less thick on the hard surfaces.
The product will absorb the same drop on a much larger surface than in untreated water, which allows water to penetrate a broader surface uniformly.
TrakAde absorbs in a uniform way
Water bridges on the surface and it must find cracks and fissures for optimal penetration (grooving). Grooving leaves dry holes unless the area is full of water. The uniform formation of TrakAde provides the ability to reduce water tension resulting in increased water absorption in a treated surface. TrakAde also increases the latent heat of water evaporation, which means that each water molecule absorbs more heat before evaporating.
The more thermal energy that needs to be absorbed, the longer the process will be. The water treated with TrakAde takes more time to evaporate, which makes it a practical solution.
HOW IT WORKS IN THE COAL DUST SOURCE
TrackAde is an unfriendly co-surfactant molecule defined by having a polar head (hydrophilic head) and a non-polar tail (hydrophobic tail). Because of the distances between them, they work independently of each other. When we spray coal with TrakAde, the non-polar tail adheres to it while the polar head attracts water. It allows TrakAde to coat the coal enabling the water to penetrate it evenly. The attached hydrophobic tail repels water to the surface, reducing the amount of absorbed water. Then, the hydrophilic head helps keep the coal surface wet. The water itself will join the surface leaving dry spots on the coal, and forming dust. Once the liquid is absorbed in the coal, the BTU production decreases. Saturated coal can also lead to spontaneous combustion. When we use TrakAde correctly, the BTU production is not affected due to the wicking-effect capabilities. These capabilities provide a way for moisture to function similar to a magnet that attracts metals. Less moisture content equals the increase in BTU production and a decrease in spontaneous combustion.
HOW TRAKADE WORKS IN AIRBORNE DUST
Once applied TrackAde in an area that contains suspended dust in the air, it will reduce the number of dust particles by attracting them through positive and negative charges. When the TrackAde solution adheres to dust particles in the air, the atmosphere gets rid of the dust due to the weight gain. It is unlikely that the evaporated water comes in contact with the dust particles and therefore its effectiveness is limited. TrakeAde reduces the superficial tension of the water avoiding the formation of dense droplets.

FOUR PRODUCTS IN ONE
- Cleaner / Degfreaser
- Steam Control
- Sludge Reduction and Evacuation
- Hydrocarbon Fuel Suspension
A SOLUTION FOR CLEANING / DEGREASING
VaporAde Plus uses “Suspension Technology” that saves time and money! It allows the container cleaning process to finish earlier than planned. Besides, it provides immediate cost savings while ensuring a higher level of security.
A SOLUTION FOR STEAM CONTROL
Once applied, the solution is capable of penetrating in hydrocarbon liquids. It adheres to the hydrocarbon and then it decomposes the vapors, including the gases of hydrogen sulfate and iron sulfate. VaporAde also suspends/shreds the sludge inside a process container.
A SOLUTION FOR SLUDGE REDUCTION AND EVACUATION
When the container has accumulated sludge (viscous oil residues), merely shake the VaporAde solution and create a solution-and-sludge grout. This grout will loosen the surrounding mud and will incorporate it. The slurry (mud-vapor mixture) is liquid and loose enough to be easily removed using vacuum cleaner or other fluid waste disposal process.
HYDROCARBON FUEL SUSPENSION
VaporAde can make hydrocarbon fuels flammable through its integrated "Suspension Technology." In spills on flat surfaces, VaporAde at 3% can be used to suspend hydrocarbon fuels. In-depth situations, VaporAde is used in a ratio of 1:4:16. When we require a total neutralization, it is imperative to apply 1 quart (32 ounces) of VaporAde per gallon of Class B hydrocarbon liquid and shake with a minimum of 4 gallons of water (ratio of 1:4:16).
APPLICATION METHODS
-
CIRCULATION
The process for container and pipe decontamination involves circulating VaporAde at the desired temperature throughout the equipment and pipeline. The objective of this procedure is to reduce the benzene to less than 1ppm, H2S, and the dangerous levels to almost zero. The secondary aim is to remove oil and mud from both the equipment and the pipes. It is possible thanks to the steam application or direct solution in the accumulated hydrocarbon deposits. By suspending the hydrocarbon accumulation in a grout, we can remove them from the system. -
VAPOR
We inject VaporAde into the vapor line or pre-mix it in the water tank during a standard vapor release. VaporAde becomes part of the gas and establishes contact with all surfaces of the process equipment. The condensation of VaporAde cleans all surfaces while reducing the need for circulation pumps, and it decreases the overall amount of waste generated. This process also reduces benzene, H2S, and dangerous levels. -
FOAM
We can use VaporAde as an expanded foam and apply it to tank surfaces for fast and efficient vapor control. The foam layer covers the hydrocarbons, and it prevents vaporization. The foam layer also begins to shred the hydrocarbon mud and wastes for cleaning. -
OUTER SURFACE WASHING
VaporAde plus dissolves and removes heavy hydrocarbon deposits on external surfaces. VaporAde is premixed with water at 6% in water containers tanks for high-pressure washing. The solution circulates through the heating coils and discharges at normal pressure. Pressure steam washing machines are ideal, but VaporAde also works in washing machines other than pressurized steam. Easy to apply : clean or brush and then rinse.: solo rocíe, limpie o cepille y luego enjuague Fast Penetration : softens before dissolving which allows the accumulations to be removed or brushed easily from surfaces.: suaviza antes de disolver lo que permite que las acumulaciones se raspen o cepillen fácilmente de las superficies
